These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AMS — Asset Management Software ("AMSDeck," "we," "us," or "our"). By using AMSDeck, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Usage

AMSDeck is designed for managing and tracking physical and digital assets within a company. Any use beyond this intended purpose is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Subscription & Payment

AMSDeck is a paid service requiring an active subscription. Users must upgrade to a paid plan to maintain account access and functionality.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Full refunds are available within 30 days of the first month's subscription, provided no manual data imports have been performed by AMSDeck on your behalf.
• Limitations: Refunds apply only to the first purchase, do not cover subsequent charges.
• Subscription Renewals: Before any upcoming renewal payment, we send an email notification. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid charges. No refunds will be issued for renewal payments or subsequent charges after the initial purchase.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms or uses AMSDeck for purposes outside its intended scope. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

5. User Liability & Ownership

• User Liability: Users are responsible for any content they upload to AMS. AMS does not assume responsibility for user-generated content.
• Ownership Rights: Users retain all rights to the content they upload. AMS does not claim ownership over any user-generated data.

6. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or business practices. Continued use of AMS after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
