Asset History
Having access to an asset’s entire history is crucial for understanding its usage, maintenance patterns, and overall lifecycle within your company.
This information helps in monitoring efficiency, planning for regular upkeep, and making informed decisions about repairs, replacements, or upgrades.
The Asset History page is accessed by first visiting the Asset by clicking on its Custom ID from the Dashboard and then clicking on the All History option from the Asset Menu.
In cases of accidents, misuse, or unexpected issues, the history log allows you to trace back every action related to the asset. This includes who used it, when it was transferred, maintenance records, and any notes or images attached.
By reviewing these details, you can identify potential causes, prevent future incidents, and enforce accountability.

The Asset History section provides a detailed log of every action related to an asset, ensuring complete transparency in its management.
